Well - an OK result
Lost 0.5kg so that brings me to 8.6kg total loss. We talked about fibre in our meeting today, so I popped in the health food shop and got myself some psyillium husks to try and help move things along!
Planning a good week of exercise and I dont think we have anything naughty on this week, so I cant wait to get to 10kg lost. Having said that, INXS are coming into the office on Wednesday and I will be so nervous that I will have to have a couple of vino's to calm myself!

I can well relate to your situation. I had lost a lot of weight and was very thin when I met my husband - but piled it all back on, and more, once we got engaged and married. Perhaps it was knowing I wasn't "on the market" any more! I think it was more to do with being happy and not really caring about what I ate or what I looked like because finally I had someone who loved me the way I was. You become complacent.

Welcome to the blogging world and well done to you for recognising that you want to lose weight again and to open yourself up to a support group, to help you through it. As a reader you would have seen the changes we have gone through, and I credit my blog with a huge part in that.
Good luck this week. As a fellow Monday weigher I can say that I think it is the best day of the week to weigh on as it does help to keep you honest on the weekends LOL.

Well done girl! 500g is awesome and as Dr Rosmary Stanton says, the healthy amount to lose weekly :-) Yes, I'm a dag LOL!
Keep up the great work during the week and I think I might change my weign ins to Monday too now. It'll keep me honest on weekends, as I am started to carry over my indulging Saturday to the Sunday now.
